Orders placed after 12:00 am will be shipped on the following day. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All our orders are shipped under the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) system. The prices of the products displayed are in Euros and include all taxes and duties in the final price.

 

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have the option to request a return within 14 days of your online order delivery date.To start the return process, please get in touch with us via customercare@hoojet.com.

To ensure a smooth return experience, we strongly advise adhering to our return procedure guidelines. Failure to comply may result in your return not being processed. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition, including tags and the original dustbag. Damaged or missing items will not be eligible for a refund.
